Boulevard Christian Church exists to honor God, adore Jesus and love people.
We long to connect people into a relationship with the Father and His Son.
Boulevard Church believes…
– The Bible – a totally reliable guide
We believe the Bible is the divinely inspired Word of God and serves as the final authority on what we believe and how we live. It is our guide to understanding God and the meaning of life.
– Sin – our greatest problem
We believe that every person has worth as a creation of God, but that all have sinned and separated themselves from fellowship with God.
– Jesus Christ – our only mediator
We believe that God sent Jesus, His only Son, to earth to restore our relationship with Him. We believe that Jesus lived a perfect life, died on the cross for our sins and rose from the dead and that Jesus will return someday for His people.
– Salvation – an undeserved gift
We believe that forgiveness of sin, a restored fellowship with God and the promise of eternal life are available to every person who trusts in Christ as Savior and Lord.
– Obedience – a humble response
We believe that Jesus requires those trusting Him should turn from a life of sin, confess their faith in Christ and be baptized into Him through the biblical pattern of immersion, to identify us with His death, burial and resurrection.
– Baptism – a response to Jesus Christ
We believe baptism is an outward symbol that a person has entered into a relationship with Jesus Christ. At Boulevard Christian Church we immerse because we believe Scripture shows that Jesus modeled it for us as the method for publicly acknowledging faith in Him.
– The Holy Spirit – an unseen power
We believe the Holy Spirit dwells in the life of every Christian to provide understanding of spiritual truths, strength for living, and empowerment to uniquely serve.
– The Church – a spiritual family
We believe the church is God’s family on earth to spread the good news of abundant life, both now and for eternity.
– Communion – the Lord’s Supper
We invite followers of Jesus to participate in Communion (Lord’s Supper) each Sunday morning. This central element of our worship is both a celebration of our salvation and a remembrance of the Lord’s sacrifice that secured it.
– Marriage – a sacred union
A wedding is a sacred union between a man and a woman as dictated by scripture. Since God ordained marriage and created those involved in it, He desires to be a part of each marriage. The weddings held at Boulevard Christian Church are seen as an extension of the church’s ministry and worship.

Boulevard Christian Church Vision Statement:
At Boulevard Christian Church we wish to encourage and provide a dynamic, nurturing, Christ centered environment. We will train and equip our body of believers to become true Disciples of Christ, enabling them to be His hands and feet. We want to encourage and aid our flock for ministries of outreach and to love the lost. We desire our worship to provide opportunities for people of all ages to contribute, as we are all God’s children. We want our worship and our members to be authentic, transparent, encouraging, accepting and sincere, providing a place for spiritual growth (a closer relationship to Christ), where all individuals are encouraged to lead a life of service to our Lord and Savior Jesus.
